Fuel guard for a 300 series land cruiser and query about the 300 series land cruiser air filters

I’m giving two stars only, because I rang several times and left messages. Nobody rang me back. I wanted to query about the air filters for a 300 series land cruiser but nobody got back to me so I’ve gone a different track.
Online ordering process for the fuel filter guard was overall easy to do and the delivery was pretty quick to where it had to go. However, we went on and applied for the discount for a new person, and guess what it doesn’t apply to that particular product. This is misleading to customers and verges on the line of an ACCC issue.
