What is Your Returns Policy?
We offer returns for faulty items or incorrect items. Change of mind returns are valid for 7 days - customer must pay for return postage.
How Do I Return Something?
Simply contact one of our staff at firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns number. If the goods are incorrect or faulty PDP will cover return costs. However, for change of mind orders, freight costs will be up to the customer.
Are Your Products Covered By Warranty?
Yes - All products sold by us will be covered by a minimum of a 12 month warranty. Please see item info for specifics.
Can I Collect My Order in Person?
Absolutely! If you're based in Perth, we offer click and collect at our PDP World Headquarters.
How Long Does it Take to Process an Order?
If you order is placed before 10am, we aim to process it on the same business day. For orders made after 10am, your order will usually be dispatched the following business day.
Do You Offer a Buy Now - Pay Later Service?
Yes, we currently offer with ZipPay as our buy now - pay later partner of choice.
Do Your Accessories Only Fit LandCruisers?
No, we also cover other Toyota models such as Hilux and Prado.

Can I Get Notified When a Product Arrives Back in Stock?
Definitely, simply click the "notify me" tab next to the sold out product and you will receive an email once we receive it back in stock.
