Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at Perth Diesel Performance.


To initiate a return or request a refund, please complete the form below. Our dedicated team will carefully assess your request to determine eligibility for a return and/or refund or store credit.

Please note: Our return and refund policy strictly excludes electrical items unless faulty.

Upon approval, we will issue a return authorisation number, which should be referenced when sending back the item.

Warranty for defective items will be determined upon testing of goods by manufacturer or by our PDP team, depending on the item. A refund, exchange or any other applicable action of goods can be determined upon results.

For a refund to be processed, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase and in its original, undamaged condition (excluding electrical items) or it's marked warranty period. Our team will provide you with more information on return details once approved.

Once we receive your item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection and provide you with an update. Upon acceptance, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note, for credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. Please be aware that refund amounts may vary due to currency differences or exchange rates at the time of processing, these factors are beyond our control.


In the event of a change of mind, a 10% restocking and administration fee will deducted from the refund amount.


Please be aware that items damaged or returned after the 30-day window will not qualify for a refund. However, Perth Diesel Performance reserves the right to consider alternative solutions at our discretion in such cases.
