Installed on 200 series rear gate,
30 cm gives more than enough light.
Well made light with great output, used around my Ute canopy. The red mode still provides very good light. The small tabs either end that allow screw fixing are also useful.
Wired them into my work ute lights up the canopy sufficiently to get what I need for my job!!
Doesn’t justify being in a light workshop
This is the second strip I have bought for use in my side awnings. They are robust, well built and value for money. I have tried to find them here on the east coast but they want a premium price for them over here. I've used the first one numerous times and cannot fault it. It also attracts no bugs at all. Even my amber lights still attract some insects but not this one. One Stellar performing product item.

Just watch what you order all good stuff. but I through I ordered dimmable but no had to reorder at extra postage and cost.

Excellent product, has both white and red lighting for those pesky insects. Would be good if it was slightly flexible to match the contour of the surface as most vehicles have some form of curvature.

THESE things are great, I already have one of these and it works so great and reliably when I got my new canopy I was like yep! Ima get em again. worth the money! Perfect brightness … like it’s bright but it’s not an eye sore.

Used 3 in a ute canopy for doors & ceiling centre Wired it thru a different brand dimmer & light works perfect. Impressive brightness thru out the entire range. Light spreads almost 180°. Very impressed with quality & price.

Put this in my boat and the dual colour is great for keeping the bugs away, well made and very sturdy with build in switch... easy to install, no brainer really.
Seems great, haven't used yet but fitted and work well. Plenty of light.
