Slow in response to telephone messages

Hi, I have a problem with the delivery, which was my fault. I ordered the wrong set. I left three messages last week for a call back plus a refund request sent on Thursday, it is now Sunday PM and still no response. I am intending to order the correct set once the original order has been returned to you.
I realise that you are busy, which is great for your business.
