REDARC has released the next generation of its award-winning Tow-Pro Elite electronic brake controller.

This is the 3rd generation of REDARC’s Tow-Pro electric brake controller with the original released in June 2014 and the acclaimed Tow-Pro Elite electric brake controller released in September 2015.

This next-generation Tow-Pro Elite retains the same name as its predecessor and continues to set the benchmark in trailer brake control technology which has seen it become Australia’s favourite and most trusted electric brake controller. 

Like previous generations, the new Tow-Pro Elite V3 electric brake controller provides users with the ability to swap between Proportional mode (inertia sensing) for highway driving conditions and User-Controlled mode for off-road driving. 

Teamed up with the relevant wiring kit for your vehicle, the Redarc brake controller is an easy install for a DIY electric brake controller.

Great Piece of kit - wrong wiring loom

There is a reason why the Tow Pro Elite is universally acclaimed in the caravan industry. Install wasn't too complex. The only issue was being talked into the longer universal install kit by PDP on the basis that it makes it "easier". If anything in my vehicle the loom makes it clunkier as there is a large amount of excess cable that I wouldn't have had if I got the shorter loom.

Simple install

The Redarc-Towpro elite v3 was a peice of cake to install in my 2020 LC200 didn’t have to remove any of dash and the control cable was more than long enough to reach the left side of the steering wheel lower dash. I haven’t used the controller as yet we don’t get our van until next year.
