OK, so the deluge might have meant a quick re-think, but we showcase the thought process behind mapping out an alternative. Even so, route B wasn’t gonna let us have an easy ride, with things going a little awry early on in the proceedings. But hey, every off-roader knows such events are part and parcel of all the fun – so check out how the team pulled together to solve a mechanical issue, meaning our downtime was minimal and we were soon back up and running to embrace all that the great outdoors could throw at us.
Watch as we test each other’s driving skills and laugh with (at?) us during various stuck-in-the-mud moments. But despite all the drama, we think you’ll agree that the day was a rip-roaring success. Naturally, there was the usual banter as to which vehicle performed better in the conditions – we’ll let you decide whose precious wheels ended up at the top of the leader board.
